Raffle promo is one way of enticing buyers to buy the manufacturers' products more because you would have the chance on winning prizes from the sponsoring brands. Sometimes, I participate on raffle promos particularly in local TV and radio stations. During my teen years, I won cash from the minor prizes of a soft drinks company raffle promo. I was very happy during the time because it helps me a lot with my school requirements including payment of tuition. That was the beginning of my joining other promos whenever I am qualified to participate and I am dreaming of winning the major prizes. Although, the chance is slim we still have the chance of winning the prize if we participate. It was not long ago that I won minor prize from another promo. I have this strong feeling that I will win on this promo. I really wanted the bigger prize but I was still happy because my name was picked as one of the lucky winners of appliances at stake. The prize I’ve got was the oven toaster. I was a bit dismayed after receiving my prize because it was defective. I did not bother to return the prize and just keep it as remembrance.
