So last night my boss calls and asks if I can work. I say yes, so I had to cancel the chiropractor appointment I had this morning and have yet to reschedule. We were really low on kids today, but I hadn't been to work in so long and they're always changing things over there, that I felt a bit lost. Toward the end of the day, the teacher I was working with went to leave, and I said, "Wait! I have a doctor appointment I have to get to !" So she stayed, and when I tried to call a Lyft to take me home, it would not accept my credit card. !?!?!? Thank the Lord, I had the business card of a Lyft driver that had driven me somewhere. I was going to take his ride to the doctor appointment, but could not find the number of the lady who said she'd drive me. So I get home, and the lady comes, then when we get on the road she says she doesn't know where the place is where we're going. So after a bit of driving around, as I'm terrible at directions, I asked "Google" on my phone, and the next thing I know, we're getting GPS. We get there finally, and we trade cell and home phone numbers. She says she's going to the department store and to call her when I get out. I go in, wait in the waiting room, get taken into the exam room, the first nurse leaves, then I get a second nurse, then finally the doctor comes in, and when I tell her the surgeon said I had no dietary restrictions, she tells me a bunch of things contrary to that. I'll read the papers she gave me, but I've been eating pretty normally and nothing drastic has happened, so...? Then I go out to the parking lot and try to call the lady who brought me there, and she doesn't answer either of her phone numbers that she gave me. So again, I call a Lyft to take me home. I took Angel for a walk, and now I'm here, and so glad that I don't have any doctor's appointments tomorrow.

Glad you at least made it home alright. All of that can be so frustrating.
