Getting Settled!!

Hello to everyone :)
We have been in the new house for a month now and things are finally beginning to fall into place. There have been lots of surprises, but I guess that is typical when moving into an older home. There are things that needed doing... like the old carpets removed and new flooring put down and there has been one obstacle after another slowing it down, but we love where we live and the weather here, I'm liking. I have been watching the temps at home and it looks as if winter has arrived there. So glad we aren't in the prairies any longer. They have already had snow... And we thought that winter had arrived early last year!!

I'm glad you like your new home and are enjoying the weather there. It has been pretty cold here in the 60's and 70's but no snow yet. We usually don't see any snow til late November. Hope you can get the stuff fixed in your home and finish getting settled in.

I´m so glad that you are finally there. But a house is a never ending job. Still, it is fun to remodel little by little.

Yay, i like redecorating and I always feel excited about moving coz I would be shopping for new stuff and designing the new home to make it more like my own.
