We used to drive over to the nearby town to their orchards and pick apples off the ground that the pickers didn't want for whatever reason. Some of them were over sized. Like huge. The size of two good sized apples. I couldn't eat a whole one.
I am setting here typing and snacking on apple bites.I think it is time for caramel apples.

Oh wow how I wish to pass through that place and pick some big apples. Apples here are so expensive. Apple tree don't live here.

There's a town around here (in the Niagara Peninsula) actually called Fruitland.

We have so many farms that most will open them to just get rid of excess fruit and vegetables that they would have to throw away!
