Having a cup of tea

I am drinking Lemon Lavender Lane tea by Celestial Seasonings. One of the ingredients in it is lemon balm. Lemon balm is good for what ails you in many ways. It is effective against cold sores. I have some stress sores in my mouth this week. I need to drink lemon balm tea. On the other hand, my "Mediterranean" infused oil is delicious. It is olive oil that has been infused with parsley, sage, rosemary, oregano and thyme. I love to microwave a potato and top it with a spoonful of this oil instead of butter. Hope you are relaxing as well.

Your post reminded me suddenly that I have two leftover food items in the fridge which need to be consumed quick: the chicken soup & a special dessert... (too many food items to eat!!!)

I drink green tea in the mornings with a teaspoon each of fresh lemon juice and honey.

Some people would brew this in with their tea instead of lemon juice. I like lemon juice and honey if I sweeten my tea.

It is a relative of mint and is perennial. It is soothing, anti fungal, anti bacterial, anti viral. It will take over your whole garden if you let it. It also attracts pollinators to your other plants.

@GardenGerty Nope, nothing like that one just yet. I suppose I would have to go to really big Shops in the Morea to see if they have any. Hope you feel better now.

It is a distant mint family. Also is called Melissa in some places. Very good by itself or added to regular tea.

That's a good idea to microwave a potato and add infused oil. I imagine it's really tasty.

Mostly I do not sweeten even my hot tea, but if I do, honey is my choice.
