Hi mylotters. Coconut water is mostly available everywhere. It has many benefits and I like to consume it very much. The benefits are as follows:- 1. Coconut water is a good source of fiber, vitamin C and several other minerals. 2. Coconut water contains antioxidants that protects your cells from damage caused by free radicals. 3. It helps in preventing kidney stones. 4. It has good source of magnesium hence it prevents diabetes. 5. It is very good for heart health. 6. It helps in reduction of blood pressure. 7. It helps people when consumed after exercise. 8. It's an excellent source of hydration. Thus one can consume coconut water alternative days if not daily as it has so many benefits for maintaining a good health.
