I love eating them but they are hell to bake. One of the hardest breads to bake.

I like Baguettes used in Vietnamese sandwiches called Bahn Mi. Bahn Mi is now becoming popular in US and Canada, it has veggies, liver pate, meat and some special sauce. It is so delicious.
