Back to the gym next week

Since my 5-week gym break has come to an end this weekend, I'm ready to go back to the gym and get back in shape. Though it would be tricky to gain weight while being active, I came up with a plan. I've looked up information o what to eat before and after workouts for swimming, water aerobics, Pilates and yoga. I would do my best next week until I can go shopping next weekend. Since I haven't heard back from Paige and Omar on resuming my swim lessons, it's on hold until I do hear from them sometime next month. I'll do some mini swim practices in mid-October, maybe in 2-3 weeks from here. Starting next week, I'll do a whole month of water aerobics every Wednesday morning until November. Then I'll alternate every week, depending on the fall weather we're having in the mornings. Overall, I did manage to get a lot done when I took these past 5 weeks off. I managed to finish two fulls to send out to agents, did a whole of cleaning, and gained 6 pounds. That's not too bad. I hope to keep up the good work and gain a pound or two every week.

I'm very nervous about you going back to the gym. You are really going to have to increase what you are eating/snacking in order to continue to gain while you are also increasing your activity.

Aww thanks NJ. I'm going to do my best and snack a lot on nuts and PB or granola. I'll find a way to reach my goal of 2600 calories or higher a day.

The exercise is still very good even if you lose weight.

It's good that you've managed to gain some weight. You must be really fanatical about exercise.
