Early "bird"

Another bonus to my coming early to the seaside this morning was being able to take some shots of two passenger planes coming in to land at the nearby airport. I've been trying to catch these planes on their way to touchdown but it's difficult to keep pace with their speed :) Got lucky this time hehehe!

Nice shot!!! But do you want to know how to make it more dramatic? Hihi not sure if "dramatic" is the right term...

@brokenbee Oh I forgot that you and Ms. Reine know how to fly LOL! I should have taken a shot at you on a broomstick with the very big red sun in the background like that shot I took of a boat with the sun in the background :)

How do you make it dramatic? Take a shot at the plane with your slingshot?

@mesbakh I'm sure Ms. Rach would prefer the parachute than the umbrella :)

Oh, that is so very nice, a shot! Your camera is so powerful to have a shot like that, even if the plane is so far up in the sky.

@sunrisefan Yes, I know that it has a very strong zoom. No wonder, you can take pictures of those up in the sky, very clearly.

@mesbakh Unluckily, your country and mine are within the Pacific Ring of Fire and we are often visited by quakes.

That's great! I guess we're the same. I usually get up at 4AM or earlier and go to the ovals at about 4:30 to do my early morning walk 4 times a week. BTW, is your place far from the site of the 7.5 magnitude quake?

Beautiful! The clouds seemed to give way to the 'bird'.

Don't you think the clouds look like a monster wanting to devour the "bird"?

@DianneN Birds are much more difficult to photograph. Tried it this morning but really could not catch up. However, when I was taking shots at the sun, I got two instances where I had a good catch of 2 birds :) I'll attach it here later :)

Thanks, Ms. Dianne :) I was happy I finally caught one good shot at an approaching plane which I've been wanting to do but always failed because i could not catch up with the plane's speed in following it with my camera :)

@sunrisefan If we had a big bushfire here, the horizon would look like this.
