Returning to Pilates

This morning, it did feel like it was fall with temps crisp in the 50s. I worn my socks and sneakers with my lightweight jacket and sweatshirt. It did feel good to go back to water aerobics class and work out in the heated pools and then relax in the sauna. Now it's so lovely to wear flops in 77 degree weather with no jacket or sneakers.
Everyone asked what happened to me, so I explained my staycation for health reasons. For breakfast, as followed by my online research, I had 2% chocolate milk and a granola bar. I snacked before and after lunch. I just had some fresh berries for my pre-Pilates workout snack. It would be good to see Michelle again and give her an update. She might be kind enough to give me a ride home.
