If You Want Some Thing Done...

Some times when you're waiting for some one to do some thing or you're waiting to get some thing, you just have to do it yourself!! We've been looking for burn barrels for about a year and NO luck!! I wrote a post earlier, how we thought we had some lined up and we traveled 100+ miles one way and the guy never was there or answered our phone calls. Our son thought where he works he could get some and the hubby was going to make one, but NOTHING!! So, I decided I would do it!! We've got an iron pile of old washers, stoves,etc so I mentioned to the hubby why don't we take the "insides" out of a washer and use it. He thought that might work, but he never got around to it!! So, I took it upon myself to take a washer apart and make it a burn barrel. So, apparently now the hubby is going to be working most of the winter (instead of being laid off) I might be doing a lot of this on my own!! ~Peace~
