what you do at night when you don't feel sleepy???

i just want to know what you people do at night when everybody is sleeping but you don't feel sleepy. well i just check email in my laptop in this situation . what you do . tell me if you feel ok about it

Usually I sit in bed and read from my phone. It is not a good method for getting me to sleep though, I was frequently up until 4am with the last book I was reading.

I watch/listen to videos on YouTube. I end up turning the volume low so that it becomes background noise and I eventually drift off to sleep.
