Writing Prompt: Favorite Fall Foods

Hello, there, fellow MyLotters. I’m doing a writing prompt for this post, which states “What are your favorite fall foods? Is there a specific memory of this food that sticks out in your mind?”
Okay, the first one is popcorn, especially caramel corn, and yes I do have a memory that sticks out in my mind. Last year, and possibly the year before, I would pick up caramel corn at the Apple Festival and have a little during American Horror Story each week. We didn’t make it to the Apple Festival this year, but there’s still time to get some before this season of AHS ends (especially since it just started a few weeks ago lol).
I also like candy corn and those little pumpkins, as well as hot chocolate, but I don’t have a memory that sticks out with either of them.
What are your favorite fall foods?

Yes! A fellow candy corn and little pumpkin lover! I feel like many people hate them. I haven't had caramel corn in ages but it sounds amazing.
I really don't know what my favorite autumn food is, just give me anything with a pumpkin on it or in it and I'm happy haha

@DesirousDreamer Yesssss. I don't eat too many at once though because of how sweet they are, but they're so good. And I want some caramel corn now lol.
You're in luck, the pumpkin (spice) flavors are starting to come out. :)

Mine is fresh apple cider...And just about everything else made from apples---strudel, pie, crisp, etc etc etc---And I know you can get all of them year-round but they seem to be best right now.

@Courtlynn Girl, I totally forgot to list pumpkin pie lol. I think I was thinking more of the Halloween season rather than the fall season in general.

@tammys85 i hope you do soon! do you prefer a certain hot chocolate or any? We drink swiss miss milk chocolate, and dunkins hot chocolate.

I like the pumpkins from the candy corn assorted bag. I also got a honey candy corn last year that I really liked.
I like apple cider, pumpkin everything, and squashes.
I like a lot of different types of stews and soups, though they aren't just for fall.
Hmm.. I like marshmallows, again not a fall exclusive, but I consume them more during the fal.
