Do you watch late night TV????

I usually came around 9PM back from office. After that i play sometimes with my daughter and then dinner and then i will watch TV for sometimes but it usually go till 12 or 12:30 AM. I know it is not good habit and i need to stop that. But any of you guys having same bad habit of watching TV late night....

Finally, one person i got who also watch late night tv. So you watch any movie or any tv series or any sports....

That is also good as i heard/read somewhere which mentioned that listing music will help you to get a very good sleep
