Yes, the title says it all. After a long cool rainy week, the sun has finally made an appearance today. Boy, it came out and was shining proud and bright this morning too, as it has been all day so far.
I am so glad too. It seems my back doesn't ache anywhere near as bad on these warm sunny days, as it does on the damp, rainy ones, plus the dogs are laying in front of the screen door soaking up some sun, instead of being on my lap giving me more time to Mylot! lol.

. I enjoy autumn days like this one. Too bad I had to work, but I managed to take a long walk before that

@KIasjnak Glad, you got to get a nice walk in before work, so you at least got to enjoy some of the nice weather. It is very nice here. Temperatures are above average, it's 80 degrees Fahrenheit, and so far been beautiful and sunny all day.

@shubhu3 Yes, it is. Temperatures are nice too. It is a nice warm 80degrees Fahrenheit outdoors.

I understand how sunshine is good for our health and rain is not. I also have problems when it is cold and wet out too.

@Hannihar Yes you are correct, the sun has many great health benefits! I know the pain with the rain, now I am dealing with cold and snow.

That is not fun. I do not like snow and although we need the rain I also do not like to be out in it.
