What's your favourite dish prepared by your mom??

Hi mylotters. I know everyone loves having mom's home cooked food a lot. She is the one who makes very good dishes. Still everyone has one favourite dish prepared by their mom which they love to eat.
For me it's prawns biryani made by my mom which is favourite dish. My mom is a very good cook. She makes different types of cuisines at home only. Though when she makes prawns biryani I can't control myself in binge eating.

My mom doesn't cook very often, she isn't the best cook and passed that trait onto me haha. But the one dish she does make so well is chicken parmesan. Try as a I might I cannot get the recipe the same way she does. Any time I visit I love when she makes it.

Well my mom passed away last year. But I used to love her beef stew. I can make it but it doesn't taste the same as when she made it.

Every New Year's Eve my mom cooks this pasta called "Sotanghon". Delicious and comforting.Now, I'm hungry.
