A cheap fruit that I know is good for health. it has too much in my house. Bananas contain a large amount of potassium, but the ratio of salt is relatively low, which inhibits the dilatation of the blood vessels, which is ideal for lowering blood pressure and preventing stroke. Do you eat bananas often?

@May2k8 I love watermelon. Butter can make me gain weight without using it.

Seldom because bananas are high in potassium which can be bad for the kidneys.

Potassium in banana helps control muscle tissue, improves digestion and metabolism for the body. If you regularly cramp, eating bananas can help to significantly improve this condition. Do you know about this information yet?

@just4him We usually choose boiling method instead of letting it ripen naturally. That's how we change our taste. That's funny, is not it?

@JESSY3236 I also like these two fruits. But we need fresh fruits grown in the garden. Unlike apples and watermelons, things that are imported from the outside are not safe because they may have been sprayed with stimulants.

We have this fruit a lot, it is sold at a relatively cheap price. Previously when I did not know about the benefits of eating this fruit, I did not often leave it to my dessert. What kind of fruit do you like?
