When is a Fiver not a Fiver

It is easy. When you reach $5 on myLot and it is £3.74. So this month it is what will I spend £3.74 on unless I get to $6.26. The state of the British Economy can be measured by a myLot payout. Oh well, it will buy a box of cat food. The worth of a discussion group is, in this household, measured by how many boxes of cat food the payout will buy.
I discovered this yesterday thanks to a myLotter who posted about Postloop. I had forgotten my account there and so went and wrote on it and cashed out $5. However, it is not the same as myLot at all and very restrictive on the kinds of stuff you can post. myLot is better fun and in some ways more interesting.

@Jackalyn I just get sick of getting kicked off. I think I'm too old (72) and female so they either don't want people like me or they have enough responders of my group. Also my shopping habits are really boring - I don't buy baked goods, confectionery, frozen goods other than vegies, soft drinks, junk food so I get screened out a lot.

It is fun on here but it is the way it is. We need to spread our eggs on different baskets to get extra bucks.
