My mystery of last week. My happy moment, okay a week of happy, came to a end today. I went to my attorney with a new place in mind to buy, set up everything needed and tomorrow was signing day. BUT..... I got a call from him telling me the deed to that place was not clear, that many people are still hooked to this from an owner before the last guy bought it that was selling. He advised me to pass on this one. So there that was my secret and no I will not be opening Sunshine`s homestead creations on Al. Highway 202. How is you day?
