Fantastic is better than good, right? Well, I have fantastic news this morning. Paula, my hairstylist told me it looked like I had lost more in my face. I've been seeing some changes when I look in the mirror again. I stepped on the scale at home this morning and got excited. Then I stepped on the one at the Y and was equally excited. I can tell you the side by side above will even see a change to the one on the left and that was taken last week. Last week I had gained half a pound, but I've been running about 5 pounds up and down, give or take. This morning, I'm doing my happy dance. The last few days I've seen some shrinkage around my feet and ankles too. My shoes are too big for me. It's sock season now, so the socks are taking up the extra room in my shoes. It's been a long time since my shoes were too big on me. I've also been seeing a distinct waistline showing up in the mirror. The sweater I wore yesterday, which is the one in my profile, looks decidedly different even from that picture taken last year, and I'm planning to wear that for the next picture and use it also for my author photo. So, drumroll, please. I'm down another 3 pounds, making my total loss 37 pounds and puts me under 100 to go. I have 98 pounds to goal and I am seeing it as a definite possibility. The picture on the left was August at my daughter's home, and the one on the right is my living room. What is your good news today? Thanks for reading.
