It's gonna be a cool night

Our house stayed warm enough inside that the heat didn't come on last night. I like it when neither the heat nor a/c has to work.

51 is comfortable for me and freezing to my missus. It must be a girl thing. (Boy and I gonna get it now.)

If I had my choice, I'd choose warm for the season over cold.

@LadyDuck To watch the movies and sports channels, some Americans think Switzerland has winter year round.

@DWDavis I surely prefer warm, we have enough cold months here.

@wolfgirl569 There's some nice land on relatively high ground around here for sale. Bring the animals and, while we have some winter, it's not nearly as long as up in Ohio.

We were supposed to get down to 45 tonight but now TWC is saying 47.

@DWDavis We made it into the 30s over night. I am already done with winter.

I hadn't thought about this song in years, but it came to mind last night as I was thinking about the cooler temperatures.

I can wait another month or so for the frost. There have been years when we've seen it in October, though.

60F is a nice temperature for the fall.

Clouds moved in and it didn't get as cold as predicted. 54F (12C) when we got up to let the dogs out.

I liked several of his songs. I thought "I Go Crazy" should have charted higher. Then again, a lot of great songs came out in 1977, so the competition was fierce.

@DWDavis He lived about a hour from us in Meridian, Mississippi. I wish that I could have seen him in concert.

Paul Davis was known more for his songwriting than his recording success. He had 2 songs make the Billboard top 10, "I Go Crazy" in 1977, and the song "65 Love Affair" in 1982. I don't remember that last one, but I do like "I Go Crazy." The one I included above peaked at number 11. Paul had 15 songs make the Billboard Chart all told.

The song seemed to be the perfect fit for the weather.

It's 54F (12C) here right now according to the weather bug on my phone.
