What are you good at? I feel I am not good at anything

My therapist told me to write the things I am good at. I don't know what to write. I think I am good at writing in English ( I am not sure about that). I write on forums. I know to install Windows. And I think that's it. I don't have special skills. She told me to work from home, but so many jobs are not available worldwide.She recommened me to make caps or hand-knitted hats. But I don't have any patience for this. I didn't find anything else. Most of the sites are scams. I feel useless. I was thinking a lot to find things I am good at. I can't find anything. All I do is wasting time on forums. But I like this. What are you good at? Do you have hobbies?

@dya80dya I didn't know this. In my country there are many private teachers and diploma is not needed.

You're bilingual right? There are plenty of opportunites out there for people who can speak and write in multiple languages

I am good at drawing. My lot is a genuine site as my sister works for few months and never betrayed in earning till now. So after hearing from her now I also join the same site to earn money online.
