Would you use a translation device?

As more and more of them hit the market (I've tried a few of them so far) it is interesting to me to see what comes next for translation hardware. Travis Touch is pretty impressive (the picture) so far. The two things I still have to test are a rapid or fast native speaker and seeing how Travis will do, and translating offline (not connected to the internet).
