This 2018 movie stars Christopher John Grace. Remember him from The 70's Show? He plays a young man just released from a mental institution after many years. The back story is astounding and the family dynamics are very sad indeed. What's real and what isn't? Very entertaining, well acted movie. Kept me interested all the way through. Never a dull moment.
