February 1997 on a rainy Morning I picked up our morning paper at our front porch, it seems appropriate it rained that day because that day a part of me changed, a part of me was broken! I read our good friend Neal, the man that gave me my first laptop back in the mid nineties when laptops were fairly new and not cheap along with his twelve year old son found murdered in there apartment! What? I had to be reading this wrong? The boys Mom, the mans wife found them murdered after coming home from work! Calls came within minutes confirming the news! Still it seemed unreal! Who would want to kill them? My heart broke in 2 His Sister sang this at the memorial! I honestly don’t know how she could do this, but I swear as she started singing the weather started clearing.
