Things are good today. I woke this morning after going to bed at 11 last night, with knees free from all pain, and no back pain. Something I've been battling for the past several days. I haven't spent much time on the computer because the back pain was so fierce. The sun is shining, the clouds are dispersing. Temps today should reach 51 F. Cool. There's been a lot of white on the weather map lately. If you know me, you know how happy that makes me. I want to reach out and say I'm sorry to @theHorse. Those Niners came close to a win last night at Lambeau. I was almost afraid we were going to go into overtime, but we did pull off a win at the last second with a game-winning field goal by Mason Crosby who was back on his game last night. I will say the 49ers looked good last night. So, what else have I been up to? Pretty much since last Friday, I've been in my recliner with the massage pad on high on my back and watching Designated Survivor while my back healed from my own stupidity of sitting here almost the entire day on Thursday without giving thought to what I was doing to myself. I've also not been back to the pool since Friday. I had terrible leg cramps all weekend. Thankfully, no more nosebleeds. Someone at church did take my blood pressure on Sunday, and it's coming down. Not a lot yet, but it's coming down, and that's all that counts. However, Satan isn't finished with me yet. He decided to go after my blood sugar the last couple days. After some prayer last night at church, even that is back to normal this morning. No more feeling like I'm going to check out of this life. Today, I see the doctor. I'm hoping to see some good things when I get there. It's a followup from my being there two weeks ago to check out my blood pressure and being on the BP medication for two weeks now. I'm also going to have a talk with him about what's happening. I will be finished with the notifications before I leave for the doctor, and plan on getting back to my book this afternoon. I have a deadline and it's not going away. So, I need to dedicate some time to get it done. The chapter I was working on last Thursday still needs finishing. That will happen today. I don't know what else I'll be doing today unless it's finishing season 2 of Designated Survivor. The mowers are here and I have praise music on YouTube. It's a great day to be alive!
