Hungry but No One to Give Me Food!

Everyone of my family is out pandal (temporary temples) hopping, watching Durga Puja in the nearby towns. They will have fast food like eggrolls, chow- mien and ice cream. I'm alone at home and feeling hungry. I must get up and warm the lunchtime food. There is some rice and chicken curry. Why didn't I go with them, you might ask. I dislike crowd and noise. I feel sick in noisy places. Durga puja is the worship of Durga but it is the priest who does the worship, people visit these places of worship in crowds to enjoy themselves. Invariably, these places are noisy with loudspeakers blaring. My family members have gone to watch the temporary temples and the idols. They will return at about midnight. Have you been to these fairs?

I'm not fussed about crowds and noise either. I no sooner get to such a place than I start wishing I were somewhere else.
