Shinghi Park durga mandap made Gujarati temple.

The Shinghi Park puja pandal is made this year in similarity with Gujarati temple. The beautiful arches and work of art in the ceilings of the puja are worth mentioning. The idols of Goddess Durga, Laksmi, Saraswati are equally impressive.

These pandals always surprise us. I miss them now in Bangalore. There are only a few and they are very simple ones. I used to hop from pandal to pandal during my growing up years.

Thanks Arunima Singh, the pandals look even better at night. I dont go at night because my small child is one and a half years old. There is more rush at night.

@arunima25 Thanks Arunima Singh, different companies give awards to the puja. After astami, the devotees know the winners. So there is more crowding. I avoid them.

Thanks Caopaopao yes they are. There are prizes given for best idol, best mandap and best lighting. The better puja committees win them.
