Hemangioma

It was during the first month of my baby when I have noticed that there is a red strawberry mole on his cheek. I then found that it is a hemangioma. Can it be removed? I really do hope so.

My son had one on his head when he was about that age....it went away on it's own (he's almost 5 years old now)

@glyzane I don't remember, seemed like it took a while and then all of a sudden it was gone.

Hello, Arumina. My doctor said that it will stay there. Some other people says, that it will just disappear in no exact time. Same thing that I have seen during my research but I'm still a bit worried about it.

Well, some people who said that it will eventually disappear might be speaking through experience. So there is a chance that it will eventually disappear indeed. Just keep praying. Prayers can move mountains as it was said in the bible. Welcome to myLot. Don't think of the earnings first. Just keep interacting and enjoy it.

What’s a hemangioma?

It's like a strawberry mole or mark that can be seen in babies skin.

Nothing to worry about. Hemangioma goes away with time without treatment.
