getting through my morning

Breakfast has been eaten, coffee and supplements consumed, toddler boy has breakfasted and gotten dressed, and I've had time to get a little done online. I've done the Swagbucks daily tasks and have RadioEarn running in the background. I've done the ForumCoin faucet clicks a few times, but have not yet posted on ForumCoin. I've done some of the KeepRewarding PTC clicks (I guess saying that is a bit redundant... I'm essentially saying "paid to click clicks", aren't I?) and will probably start up the videos on InstaGC soon. I've emailed the oldest stepson's English teacher about some zeros that are showing up in his assignment list, have played with Duplos with the toddler boy (we were building trees and putting a bear in a tree, he says), but I have not yet dealt with the breakfast dishes or gotten dressed myself. I've figured out tonight's dinner (I'm flying blind without a meal plan this week, which I don't like, but it is what it is) which will use up the partially cooked chicken meat in the fridge -- learn from my mistakes, folks. No matter what Pinterest says, do not try to cook a whole frozen chicken in the Instant Pot without thawing it first. Just don't. After I get dressed, another household member and I are going over to World Market to see what Thanksgiving and Christmas items have come in. They often import mince pies and stollen from overseas, and we eat these during the holiday season. While it seems early to be thinking about these things, they do sell out pretty quickly and we don't want to miss out on them. I already feel like I need another cup of coffee, and wonder how it's already nearly noon!

You had a very busy morning and got a lot of things done! It brought to my remembrance a common rhyme I believe you've already heard, here it goes. 'A man works sun to sun, but a woman's job is never done!' You're a champ!

I have heard that saying, and it makes more sense as I get older.

@spiderdust Exactly, men go to work and come home to relax. The woman has to keep her wheels turning, until bedtime!

@teamfreak16 No problem! I haven't been using it long enough to cash out yet, but I suspect I will by the end of November. I'll have to report back on my experiences with that.

Did they say on Pinterest that you could put a frozen chicken in that pot?

Yes, someone had directions for it and everything. All I can think is that she has different standards for food than I do.

@amadeo It seems to be very popular in this area. Panettone is equally as popular.

Stollen is a German fruitcake that is eaten during the Christmas season. We will eat it with breakfast on Christmas morning (and a few other days too, if we have enough). They had several varieties at the store today (their Christmas things were in!), and we bought a package of 3 mini loaves, one each of marzipan, coffee, and orange stollen.

We didn't get the mince pies yet, but probably will soon. These are tiny pies, about a bite or two each.

Did you find what you wanted at world market? I went to four thrift stores, a pawn shop and an overpriced art gallery after work. I bought a case for the new Kindle which I think it adorable. And a bunch of DVDs and toys for the dogs. Guess what. Dumb@$s broke the new washer.

@spiderdust I don't care how many times he's gonna ask. It's not gonna happen. He needs to get with the program . Pretty soon hes out of luck.
