This morning we paid off the loan for our new adjustable bed. We got a few months ago and planned to finishing paying off with my husband school money when it came in which it did last night. So now we own our new bed free and clear, I won’t have to make monthly payments for it any more. Woo hoo!

Definitely a good thing. Personally I'd never take a loan out to buy a bed of any kind...but I realize that some people can't just shell out larger sums of money. But paying it off and being free and clear, that's something to be able to sleep at night for sure.

Yes! We went 10 year sleeping in tow different hand me downs bed just because for us beds where to expensive to get a new one and we didn’t want to ask family to buy use a new one. So we just lived with it. My husband was a better job now so we can afford to do some of these small loans but before we do we also do research and see if it is due able with what income we have know and if we can pay if off with in or before the loan runs out. So we had planned to pay this off before November which is what we did. We also paid off what we left on our sectional which wasn’t much but we had 3 years to paying off and where planning on paying if off in 1 so less to pay back.

That's a good feeling when a bill gets paid off:) Is your husband going to college?

He has been back in College for 4 years and we use his school Money for living expensive. Which his school allows as well as any bills we need to pay off. He has one AS under him and he is going to school for nursing. He is a mental health tech!

@ShyBear88 When I was in college, we did the same thing. Any expenses could be covered, with that money.

@kobesbuddy yep, we always plan it out what we will be doing with that money and try to make it last as long as we can at least through several other pay periods. Same with our tax refunds. Normally around then we think of one thing for anniversary or not at all.
