Every second house here has a bilimbi tree that yields throughout the year almost.
Most have very little use for it but I use them in curries and making pickle. I have even made wine with them.
I am not sure if I can call them fruits or a vegetable but they have several health properties

I tasted pickles made out of them. They are yummy.

@allknowing No, I never made them. One of my Malyali friend gave me to try. Her mom made it.
