What is your favorite bread? / myLot

There are really so many kinds of bread in the world and I just knew a few of them. Since I have a bread machine and I can easily make the bread at home. Would you tell me your favorite bread and then it is better to attach the photo so that I may tell whether I like to eat it or not. If I like it, I can find the recipe online and learn how to make it. This is probably the best way for me to know more bread

I like moist bread!!! Wish I had a bread maker!!! Bread is very moist with it!!!! French and wheat 4 me!!!!!

I like rosemary bread, and Asiago cheese bread. My sister makes rosemary bread in her bread maker, and it is to die for.

I like the classic loaf of bread, that is the one I toast in the morning to serve with butter and jam and an Italian loaf with black pepper added to the dough. Those are two breads I made.

@youless Italians make bread adding spices or herbs in the dough, you can add red chili peppers, pieces of olives (black or green) small pieces of dried tomatoes, dried oregano, it depends the use you intend of the bread.

@youless Sourdough bread is made fermenting the dough using lactobacilli and yeast. It's a pretty long process, but what you need first is to prepare the "sourdough starter". I do not like this kind of bread it makes me bloat, but if you are interested, here is how to make the starter.
