Talent or Hard Work

What is the most important?Talent or Hard Work? In my opinion, talent without work means nothing. I do believe that if you work hard you can exceed even if you don't have any special talent.

If you have taken bit don't work at it. The talent may end up vanishing. Talent +hardwork = Success.

I don't accept both of these while comparing to smartwork and innovative thinking.
