What's for dinner? October 22

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know! I'm trying recipe from my new Julia Turshen cookbook for "Confetti Meatloaf". It has diced red pepper in it hence the "confetti" reference. To go with it I'm making creamy garlic mashed cauliflower and some sauteed baby spinach. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell!

I made some chili last night so that is what's is going on for tonight as well. Always better the next day, and your dinner sounds pretty good.

@hillhjill I have a ton of cookbooks. Almost 100. I'm always going through them for new things to try. I'm not very good at just making up stuff on my own.

I like some meatloafs, but not sure I'd like that one! Thank you for sharing though. For dinner I had a cordon bleu, they are always good!

Sounds delicious! Tonight for dinner I am making polish sausage, pasta salad and bacon potato soup. Easy but filling!

I had something to eat before Leticia went to her home. I bought a delicious pork sausage that we ate with warm bread and lots of butter plus plenty of coffee. I don´t think I´ll have dinner this evening. Maybe a fruit.

My supper was leftover meatloaf, baked squash, and green beans. Jay went to the city today, he had an appointment. Your meatloaf dinner sounds and looks delicious!
