The dinner that grazing almost stole!

Ahhhhhh! Sauteed shallots and cube steak cooked to medium rare beauty, drizzled in Worcestershire sauce. Then sprinkled sparingly with garlic salt, topped with provolone, melted spectacularly! Down the hatch with carrot sticks and ice cold milk. Feelin' satisfied!

you lost me at worcestershire sauce and i totally jumped off the cliff at milk. but other than that, it was very appealing.

It was! It was almost too much because I made a sandwich out of it. I finished the second half sans the bread. Yum!
