Do you read the info before agreeing to something?

So I have a lot of things that I'm trying to get rid of. I will either donate, sell or auction them off via Facebook groups. I used to advertise my stuff a lot but due to certain types of people, I backed away from it for awhile. I was sick of dealing with the type of people who would ask me so many questions when the information I provided already had all the answers. I was sick of people saying they would come at a certain time only for me to wait hours or have them not come at all. People can irritate the crap out of me sometimes! I do whatever I can to make it all work out for them but they can lack the common courtesy and respect that I give them. Not all but a HUGE majority of people are like this. Then there are these types....something that irritates me to no end! I put this bowl and mug up for auction about a week ago. I put enough photos there for people to view them from every angle. I put down exactly what it was, when the auction would finish and most importantly my location. I also added "Pick up only." So this woman bids on my auction that day. And a week later ( tonight ) the auction ends. I messaged her to let her know she won and asked what day / time would suit her to have them picked up. Her reply "Hi Danielle, where are you?" Even though it's clearly in my ad but whatever. I replied to let her know. And her response "Oh boy, I'm far away from there." Then she added "Could you post them?" ....guessing she read nothing I posted. Only 3 small lines to read. Why.....and this isn't the first time this has happened but WHY do people jump onto something so fast without reading or comprehending the details first? Why bother being apart of something when you aren't even sure where it is? A whole week....now I have to do this all over again! Bloody hell! Do you deal with people like this? This woman is probably a nice person but it still shocks me with how people can not read before agreeing to something! I'd be more calmer if this bull crap didn't happen 99% of the time! **Photo is mine. The items I was selling to someone...but now not...**

@VivaLaDani13 DANI it is very hard to deal with certain types of people and especially when you give all the information and they do not read it at all. I made a blog and put everything and suggested for someone to read it and she said that it is too much to read so can I send to her. i sent to her and she still did not buy from. I did all that work for nothing and also donate money to a cause and she let me know she bought something else and to me it was like a slap in the face. I do not have contact with that person anymore not because of that but because she is very toxic and not good for me at all. So, did you find someone else to buy it?

@VivaLaDani13 Yes they certainly are DANI and I believe all awful people should live with each other far far away from decent people.

@Mavic123456 lol way too much that I can afford I imagine. And yep, I have done that as well yet people still have to ask questions that I have already answered.

Your cup and mug are cute. People do not read, they make me crazy with this kind of questions. If you stated "Pick up only" it's clear enough that they have to come to you and pick them up. Goodness!!!

@LadyDuck Thank you. They are nice but not sentimental. They are small but really need to get rid of things. lol exactly! For some reason people just don't comprehend what I say when trying to sell things. Sometimes it's laughable while other times it drives me nuts!

@VivaLaDani13 Sometimes people make me laugh, but most of the time too many drive me crazy.

Only you have the patience of dealing with them. I would throw my hands up and never try again. Did you find a new buyer? Looking at the picture reminded me of this whole dinner set that Mom discovered. It must have been hiding in the stuff we took out of the store. It is an Army dinner set. Ceramic. Over 30 years old when GrandDad was still serving in the Army.

@Daljinder Nah I haven't re-posted it yet. I was a little annoyed because I went to the post office to pick out a box, bubble wrap and asked how much it would all cost. It was a pain in the a$$to do trying to find all the right fittings. Just to come home, let the woman know and THEN she decides to tell me she isn't interested anymore. That dinner set sounds really awesome and special!

@VivaLaDani13 Sweet Lord! How inconsiderate and inconvenient can some people turn out to be? This is so disrespecting! And this isn't one off thing either. It's like empathy is steadily dying. No respect for time and effort put by someone. Yep! It has Amry seal and all.

I have watched some live selling here in our country and the situation is the same. I also wonder would comment "mine" and then not pay. . Those items are pretty.

@yoalldudes Yeah some people do their best some times to get what they want without paying. Some people have tried that with me too. And thank you. They are. But need to get rid of things.

People can be very frustrating. Unfortunately, we have no control over what other people do only how we react. I would be inclined to suggest she send you payment in full, plus shipping costs, plus a small handling charge for your time and patience materials. If she says no, repost. That's what I would do. (After muttering nasty things quietly to myself).

@SophiaMorros LOL! You're too funny! I absolutely agree with you. I haven't got back to her yet but I will most likely have it sent out if she intends to pay for the shipping. Otherwise, I shall repost it.
