My husband and I have been taking Nutrilite vitamins for years. We find that the vitamin c is very good. Whenever down with a cold or cold is coming. we will take the vitamin c 1000mg (4 tablets) every four hourly. And it helps. Even for sore throat or heatiness, or fever we just take this vitamin. And of course with plenty of water. We don't take panadol or other medication. Only this Nutrilite vitamin c when body is down. It works.
