From 8 cups to 2

Never saw it as a problem to cut down my tea consumption from 8 cups to 2. It is just a matter of determination. Now it is time to cut down on chocolates. I see I am on the way. It is a week since I did not eat chocolates. I want to reduce my weight and I know it is the chocolates that came in the way. Having said that I wonder why those who are on drugs and liquor cannot cut down their consumption

I also did vut my coffee. I aonly have a chp of coffee in the morning and I drink tea at night

If u really want something no one can stop you. Post your previous and present look. You are making a good habit. Fatty people has lot of problems.

I am not obese at all. It is just that one needs to lose weight from a health point of view.

Good that you cut down on your chocolates. I do like chocolates, but I do not crave for it always. Sometimes only. Good luck in your cutting the chocolate intake.

You can send your extra chocolates my way. I dont mind gaining a little bit extra if it helps someone. I am sure you can do it.
