I used the other bag of Birdseye attainable veggies and rice tonight. Mixed in some butter, old bay seasoning and feta cheese.
It wasn't that fancy but it tasted good and was filling, so that's what counts..
The dogs got leftover chili on top of their kibble tonight and they were pretty excited about that.
What did you end. Making?

My daughter wanted Subway today, so I got a foot-long sub, but only ate half of due to running short on time. So I finished the other half for dinner tonight.

@thislittlepennyearns I don't like Subway at all, but that's what she wanted before I dropped her off at work, and I didn't have time to run anywhere else and get food. So I suffered through it.

I made the worst dinner that I ever made in my life. I threw it out while it was still piping hot! I wrote about it if you want to read the whole story.

We did a medieval theme for our Halloween party this past weekend. We had grilled chicken, and there were leftovers. I finished using the leftovers tonight, so we had chicken and rice and buffalo chicken wings.
