I got biscuits and gravy, a hash brown and pumpkin spice cappuccino from Tom Thumb on the way to work earlier this morning. I finished my coffee awhile ago but am just now eating my breakfast. Im on my "lunch" break because I wanted to get it done before I switch to cashiering in an hour.
What did everyone else have for breakfast?

I don't eat till mid morning and am not sure what I'm having. Probably just cheese on toast. Maybe I'll add an egg. I don't have much appetite yet. I love hash browns, haven't had them in awhile. Now your post has made me want to go out to our best breakfast place in town. They make such good hash browns, yum!

It's advisable that breakfast be the heaviest meal of the day. Today, I had the following for breakfast: oranges, peanuts, milk, bread, and bananas.

They change whats advisable every single flippin' day. Ill eat what I want, when I want. And nobody is going to tell me different.

I had my usual for breaskfast. I had cereal with milk in it, peanut butter and chocolate spread on a spoon and to top it off hot chocolate.
