Out of Breath.

Hello everyone. I just got the scare of my life a while ago. While doing something at the garage, I inhaled a very minute particle from the air that caused me to almost choke and cough. Since it is a bit itchy at the throat area, I try sipping water but not effective. I cough and cough and cough and I can sense that I am losing my breath. I then resort to my inhaler which did not do anything also. I then nebulize, at first I still am having a hard time to breathe. But along the way while nebulizing, breathing became a bit easier and better. And I am alone with my special son. This is the first time I experience such a scare in my life. Thank Gid for the presence of mind. Thia happened within the span 15-20 minutes Have you experienced something like this?

Be careful, there was something in the air that caused an allergic reaction. I had a serious problem a few days ago, I needed to go to the Hospital.

Maybe it's time you need to have a face mask to prevent that from happening again. It could have been worst though. Glad you're okay.
