If you've been reading my posts for awhile, you probably already noticed that I recently managed to smash my phone, that was brought about by , ultimately, not having a screen protector. So now it's time for the review that you knew was coming all along - a review of Super Sheildz glass screen protector. I guess there were a number of reasons why I didn't do this all the way along. It's an extra $8 and I'm cheap at times I've never smashed a phone screen before I have a case on the back of it so that's enough, right? (wrong) and... let's be honest - I was hesitant that I could apply the screen protector well. I had a great experience with Super Sheildz. First off, when I opened the package for $8 - I noticed that there were not 1, but 2 protectors and gadgets for applying them! Super deal! Next I watched their installation video, and it was done in less than 10 minutes. Anyone who has applied those clear stickers the protect against scratches knows how hard it is to get those on without bubbles, fog, dust, etc... but using the guide stickers made it easy. All done. I didn't use the phone before putting the protector on. I have learned my lesson Here's the video of installation: *technical stuff: I'm not receiving any benefit for mentioning this product

Hm, I didn't have one on at all before - that's why my entire screen broke. :/ I have used ones that are like plastic sheets before - but I don't think those would help with a break

@FayeHazel I have a case for mine and it seems to be a buffer and a sheet protector on the glass.

That looked pretty easy. Almost easy enough for someone like me to do. Doesn't it feel nice to be protected?

@FayeHazel Well, yeah, and I could be blindfolded, too. But I can't I say that because it would almost sound like bragging and I hate to brag. That's a start...And goods aren't perfect bodyguards but at least you don't have to remember their birthdays.

Ah c'mon Greg - someone with your skills could get the difficult to apply one - and get through it with one hand tied behind your back. Ah yes. At least I can count on goods to protect me.

Not being paid for endorsement isn't the same as not receiving any benefit from the product

I always bought a cheap tempered glass each and every single time I get a new phone and that's every single year. It's pretty cheap about $3 and it has always protected my phone all the time. And I don't have to install that on my own as the shop does that for me where I get it.

That sounds like a good deal and a good phone shop. Wise advice, too

Sure throw more technology at me!! I just learned how to turn the phone on!! Seriously I dropped my phone about a month ago and had to get a new one--they 'sold' me on getting a protector to go around it but nothing about a glass screen protector.

Glad that you could apply it yourself, that the info really did help with that, Faye. I get shaky. Luckily the store I bought my screen protector from had a kind guy that applied mine for me.

Whenever I change my phone to a new one, I always make it a point to have a screen protector installed on the new phone. I'm sure you learned your lesson and it was such a costly one :)
