NaNoWriMo - Day 6

Yesterday was a busy day and I almost didn't get a chance to write, but I pulled it off.
My friend texted about seeing a movie. We went to see The Nutcracker Suite - Across Four Realms. This is a two thumbs up must-see movie. It's totally delightful. Expect the unexpected in this Christmas tale.
I did get a good amount of notifications completed yesterday, but I am nowhere near completed with over 200 notifications spread through this month. However, I am finished with the October notifications.
Yesterday was also Writer's Guild. I don't have a paragraph story to share this month. I haven't had any time to write it. I still have the words, so I will work them into a story for next month.
All that left me with little time for writing, but I did manage 2005 words bringing my 6-day total to 14,056, which gives me a total of 119322 for the novel.
Today, I had laundry and a hair appointment, so I wasn't here this morning as I left as soon as I ate breakfast. I did go to the pool this morning, which was good.
I'm working on New Horizons, but am taking a break to get notifications done before I lose them. I will get my word count for today. I don't know if I'll have time before next week to work on Thread of evidence.
This week is my heaviest week for outside appointments this year. I've had something every day with a full day on Saturday away from home, so if I don't make word count, it will be on Saturday. Saturday is the Ladies brunch in the morning, and in the afternoon I am part of a panel for the third annual Author's and Writer's fair at a library not far from here. It will feel like I'll be traveling from one side of the map to another to fulfill obligations. Tomorrow, I have an appointment at the hospital for my medication injection. Friday is my Bible Study group on prayer. Since that one is in the early evening, hopefully, I'll be able to get enough work done on books to make good headway on them.
That's what I've been up to. How about you? Thanks for reading.

I envy those who can get over 1k words for Nano, they work hard! It's very hard for me to get to 500 words.
I've been translating a book for an author on Babelcube, hopefully this one will get published and I'll start getting extra income.

I have been at home all day sick. But did laundry and dishes and some more packing.
I am at a little over 25,700 words written this month as part of NaNo.
