Actually they will just pronounce it ...at noon or after that.
The written version will take much longer. Another 15 days.
Butterflies butterflies you are uninvited guests today.
Of course, I am winning but how much is the question.
Health has taken toll, so also my hair, and peace of mind. I am nasty old b itch for now snapping when I would not normally.
And if you thought this is the end of the road, I do not believe that to be true. That is why I am nasty.
The bank is likely to take it higher, just to get even with me for exercising my rights and insisting on some things. For them a few more thousands don't matter, but they would have had the pleasure of troubling me.
So next step is execution petition, and then another couple of years for higher courts.
To think the matter should be legally resolved in just 3 months...makes me wonder what is wrong with our world.

There are actually five stages. First stage is whether or not I am entitled to compensation. It was decided I was. Then we went to compromise stage, but they did not agree. So it came to the court once more for order. Order was pronounced today. And you know what, court gave me more than what I had asked for at the time of compromise.

Yes, very...the knot in my belly is easier today. Thanks. The court gave 185000. At the time of compromise I had asked for 175000 which I had revised downwards to 150000 because I felt that was too much. The court possibly felt 175000 was reasonable, and added another 10000 as penalty to the bank for what is perceived as deliberately prolonging the process. I am shocked pleasantly of course. LOL.
