Hello everyone. I just like to share with you all the end result of the project of my daughter. It is locally called here Papaya Atchara. It what can we call pickled unripe papaya. To make this, you need grated unripe papaya to be toss in some salt, squeeze the juice, rinse with water and then squeeze again. Then mix sugar with a bit salt to vinegar then boil it. You can punt some carrots abd raisins in there then put the papaya. This is usually serve when we have fried or grilled food. Have a wonderful day/night to all

@rakski Boil the ampalaya first. Another nice salad mix would be sliced ampalaya and pineapple chuncks in pineapple juice

I love atchara papaya. Last night, I spotted the papaya of my friend with abundant fruits and the first thing in my mind is to ask some of it to make an atchara.
