Rest is extremely important there should be time set to rest. The body and mind can shut down if there's little to no rest obtained. There are many individuals believing that they're able to function without obtaining proper rest. Rest can help the body heal. "Resting" allows more functionality."My ability to rest if of great importance and that's what is planed. Resting!" (Tanikka Paulk). Rest "can" consist of meditating, sleeping, reading. There should be relaxation moments when there is complete silence. Lack of rest has caused health declines. It's essential that the appropriate rest is obtained. The ability to function will depend on the amount of rest incurred.
