Mini gym update #12

Yesterday morning really felt like winter. The wind chill was a bit crisp in the 30s along with cold rain and a trace of snow on the ground. Looks like Mother Nature had planned to slip winter in sooner than later with a sneak preview. So I bundled up with my sweats, winter coat and gloves to stay warm from the cold and thawed out in the heated pool. We had a small class as usual on Fridays and plenty of pool space to work out on this wintry like weekend.
Thursday night, it was the same cold weather as I headed to gym for Thursday's yoga class. We had four new yogis in our average-sized class. Here's what new poses we've warmed up with last night in no particular order with our Sun Salutation Sequence and meditation at the end:
4 Arm-Leg Poses (2x/side) and 4 Knee Peel-Ups (2x/side)
2 Tree Poses (1x/side)
2 Intense Body Stretches (1x/side)
2 Bridge Poses (1 with 4 leg lifts, 2x/side)
2 Airplane Poses (1x/side)
4 Big Toe Poses (2x/side)
4 Big Lunges (2x/side)
I think that's all I can remember from Thursday night. Somehow this didn't go through yesterday.
