hi everybody today I go to of a supermarket,   me and my mother bought a lot of fruit today because our fruit supply is up ... our family always consumes fruit juice every day ...   because in addition to nutritious also many benefits for our bodies ... the juice I like best is dragon fruit juice ... because it can lose weight helps the detoxification process. help prevent cancer. able to prevent diabetes. able to prevent high blood pressure and heart attacks. enhance the immune system and increase appetite. there are many benefits of dragon fruit, I always consume dragon fruit, because today we bought a lot of dragon fruit ... Do you also often consume dragon fruit juice? or other fruit?

You don't have to hold it by hand when eating dragon fruit, you can use a spoon to eat it

This is a fruit I have never eaten. It sounds very good for you. If I went to the right place, I am it is sold in the UK.

I've not had it before but the store I cashier in does sell it. When I make smoothies I try to use mostly veggies but I do like to add some fruit to sweeten my juice naturally. Usually I use frozen fruit or frozen bananas

yes I only add a little sugar because the flavor of the dragon fruit is sweet so I don't need to add too much sugar
