Back from the gym

On this chilly Monday afternoon, I had a brisk walk to the gym for Pilates class. The class was plenty much filled up today, probably to warm up for the heat. I did see Michelle today and she gave me a lift home. I did find out that my Pilates instructor is having surgery on her knees next week, so we'll be having a sub two weeks from today and into next year. We had the prop du jour was the small balls on the mat. Here's what we did in no particular order tonight: 1 100 Cycle and 1 Swimming Cycle 4 Peel-ups and 2 Sidekick Series with 6 Clamshells and 2 Mermaid Stretches (1x/side) 6 Double Leg Stretches and Single Leg Stretches (3x/side) 2 Side Planks and 2 Side Twists (1x/side for each) 2 Bent Elbow Planks (1x/side) and 6 CrissCrosses (3x/side) 2 Gate Poses (1x/side) and 2 Crescent Moon Poses (1x/side) 2 Child Poses and 2 Pigeon Poses (1x/side) I think that's about it for tonight.
